401K Eligibility Details
- If you do not reach 1,000 hours of work during the first consecutive 6-month period following your first day of work for Certified, your work hours, for 401k computation purposes, will re-set to zero and you must earn 1,000 during the next six-month computation period – this pattern continues until you have earned 1,000 hours in a consecutive 6-month period.
- Once you qualify for the plan, the entry date will be the first of the month following the month in which you qualified.
- If your employment terminates and you have a break in service of more than 90 days before you satisfy the service requirement to participate in the plan, you will be treated as a new hire upon your return to employment with us.
