Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Account Representative plays a critical role in developing and maintaining business accounts in a designated geographical area. You are the main point of contact with customers and prospects. After prospects become customers, you service the accounts, informing customers about new service offerings, driving increased business in the door and responding to questions and concerns. You’ll spend your day proactively calling assigned customers and prospects and handling inbound calls, maintaining accurate data entry, and working with the Inside Sales Manager to implement new sales strategies. This is an exciting, multi-faceted position that will earn you respect and admiration among your customers and the team.
Requirements
2+ years of successfully selling products or services over the telephone in an outbound mode. Prefer candidates with account management (sales and service) background. Experienced at cross-selling and upselling to customers. Demonstrated ability to discuss prospect/customer needs and solutions and explain company services to pharmacy and other organization managers over the telephone. Develop expert knowledge of company, its competitors and advantages. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within field sales teams and other departments, while working independently to achieve goals and objectives. Good time management skills and ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment. Superb speaking, listening and writing skills. Demonstrated ability to use a Windows PC and an SFA (sales force automation) tool, such as Goldmine, SalesLogix, Salesforce.com or other lead/customer tracking system. Credit Assurance Representative............................................. $14-15/hour

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Credit Assurance Supervisor, a successful candidate will accurately review and complete the processing of assigned customer reconciliation requests; complete phone call credit tracking; receive and promptly post credit memo reports; investigate and correct orders processed; receive and respond to incoming calls from customers, managers and account representatives; and receive and accurately enter client information into data base; re-route manufacturer credits and checks.

This is a full-time supervisory position involving the oversight of the company’s Accounting department. Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounting Supervisor will plan, direct and coordinate all daily activities and programs connected to this group with a staff of 3, ensuring they provide services to internal and external customers in a timely and effective manner. This position requires direct interaction with all levels of company including senior management.
Requirements
This position requires the demonstrated leadership capabilities and 5 years of accounting experience, both theoretical and practical. A 4 year degree in business, finance or accounting is preferable however at least 5 years of prior experience managing the day to day accounting of a company with over $10MM in revenue is required. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and strong organizational and administrative skills. Working knowledge of MS Office applications is a must. Working under established procedures and supervision, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll for approximately 200 employees, handling some aspects of month end journal entries for payroll including bank reconciliation, downloading hours from EZ Labor, corresponding with state agencies as necessary for payroll issues, calculating and inputting information for 401k provider, handling employment verification, addressing employee concerns regarding payroll, and other duties as assigned.
